    Some part of a double way in the ancient city of Anavarza, known as the first double highway of the ancient world, will be opened to tourists in a few years Known as the "first double highway" of the ancient world, a columned way in the ancient city of Anavarza, located close to Dilekkaya village in the southern province of Adana, is being unearthed during excavations. A ukurova University Archaeology Department academic Fatih GA1 4lAYen, who has provided scientific consulting for the excavations, said the 34-meter-wide, 2,700-meter-long double highway was the biggest street unearthed so far in the ancient world.
