    The owner of the 19-story building at 101 S. Hanley Road is warning tenants there of expected civil unrest once a grand jury makes a decision in the Michael Brown case. Duke Realty officials said they consulted with the Clayton Police Department and Clayton Fire Department, and that possible steps included: - Recommending a "shelter in place" policy, defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration as closing and locking all doors and windows and taking refuge in a small, interior room with few or no windows Duke said beginning Tuesday it would lower the gate at the Hanley exit in the building's garage, "and it will remain closed until the threat has passed."

    A group led by Answers Corp. CEO David Karandish has raised $39 million through an equity offering, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the filing , 20 investors were involved in the raise, which was filed under the company name Clarity Holdco L.P. The raise comes just more than a month after Apax Partners agreed to acquire Answers - a St. Louis-based company best known for its question and answer website Answers.com, but also owns other cloud-based companies that help businesses engage with consumers - in a deal worth $900 million.
