There are tens of thousands more who would be eligible for coverage, including many who have full-time jobs but can't afford health insurance.

A therapist employed by Diamond Ranch Academy touched the teenager inappropriately, asked her for details about her sexual interests and told her about his sex life in April and May of 2016, according to the lawsuit filed in 5th District Court.
