Bowe was stopped to make a left turn when 23 year-old Trevor Meadows of Celina, TN, who was operating 1995 Freightliner tractor trailer struck the rear of a 2003 Chevrolet pickup being operated by 55 year-old Robert Wiltford of Tompkinsville.
