    Through a combined effort, a plan to smuggle contraband into Logan County's jail was thwarted by agents from the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force , officers from the Russellville Police Department, and deputies at the Logan County Detention Center. According to jailer Phil Gregory, a tip came in cautioning authorities on the planting of drugs at a local cemetery where inmates were working through the work release program.
