    I have just received a glossy publication from the Sussex County Realtors decrying the opposition by some to the construction of pools in Delaware's premier resort The aerial photo of the beach from the Rehoboth Bandstand north toward Deauville Beach and Cape Henlopen is the precise area where the mayor and city commissioners want to construct an ocean outfall of treated sewage effluent butting right up to the Hen and Chicken Shoals. The water over these shoals is only about six to eight feet deep in some places, while the depth of the water between the shore and the shoals is approximately 40 feet.
