    Officers said James A. Stouter, 27, of 65 1/2 E. Pine St. was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and endangering the welfare of a child on May 8. Officers said they were investigating a missing juvenile, and went to Stouter's residence where the found the juvenile hiding in a closet. Stouter was arraigned in City Court by Judge Traci DiMezza and sent to the Fulton County jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
