    The city's majoral race is heating up with Republicans criticizing Democratic candidate Meg Kelly for filing her financial disclosure forms late and Democrats complaining that GOP candidate Mark Baker is taking in money from developers. Matt Hogan, the chair of the city's Republican Committee, released a statement saying that Kelly's 32-Day Pre-General financial disclosure filings to the state Board of Elections came in on Tuesday, Oct. 11. The deadline was Oct. 6. "Saratogians have every right to know who is funding Meg Kelly's campaign and where she's spending her money," Hogan said.
