    Beginning this summer, you'll be able to climb on the gravy train. Literally. The Saratoga and North Creek Railway , which runs between Saratoga Springs and North Creek, is adding dining trains to its service beginning Friday, June 3. The service will run through Sunday, October 30. The concept, called "Pullman Table" as a nod to the golden age of train travel when Pullman cars offered complete food service as well as sleeper service to passengers on many lines, will jump on the bandwagon by utilizing three-course meals with regionally-sourced foods.
