    For the second time in less than five months, a woman who worked in Saratoga Springs was arrested and charged with stealing credit card numbers from customers and using them to make personal purchases. Molly L. Dutrow, 21, was arrested on a warrant at 11 a.m. Wednesday and charged with second-degree identity theft, a felony, and second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, according to Saratoga Springs police.
