    A jury today cleared former San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual battery allegations raised in a lawsuit filed by a city parks manager who claimed he grabbed her from behind at an event in Mission Bay Park, pressed against her buttocks and grazed her breasts with his arm. The jury did find that Stacy McKenzie was subjected to unwanted harassing conduct because she is a woman, but the panel found the harassment was not ``severe or pervasive'' and the jury did not award her any damages.

    Chargers officials have released their proposed ballot measure to build a $1.8 billion downtown San Diego stadium and Convention Center annex will require a two-thirds vote to pass, despite a recent court ruling.     A 19-year-old suspected drunken driver crashed an SUV into a building in the Palm City neighborhood early Friday, injuring herself and her three passengers as the vehicle overturned, authorities said. The driver -- identified as Gizelle Ramirez -- apparently lost control of her speeding Land Rover Discovery about 1:40 a.m., struck the outside of an auto-repair business along westbound Palm Avenue near Hollister Street, according to San Diego police Officer Robert Heims.
