Crews are repairing the piece of equipment and hope to have service restored by 4 p.m. Saturday.

Attorney Eugene Iredale says in motions filed in two cases federal court this week that because Whitaker's appointment violates two laws governing the succession process for attorney general, the case against his client should be dismissed because Whitaker is not a legally valid head of the Department of Justice.
