    Officials from the FBI's Sacramento division announced this week a renewed effort to locate Julio Cesar Guevara-Mejia, a Honduran national charged with attempting to kill his former girlfriend seven years ago this month at a South Davis motel. Authorities say Guevara-Mejia, now 42, used a teenage boy to lure the 19-year-old woman to the Motel 6 on Chiles Road on the morning of Nov. 10, 2007, shooting her five times before he fled the scene.
