Mitchell County Supervisor Shannon Paulus said last week Mitchell County Magistrate Nicholas heard the case of 14-year-old Derek Zimmerman who was cited for driving on steel wheels in August 2015.

The Globe Gazette reports Mitchell County Magistrate Nicholas Larson ruled last week in the case of Derek Zimmerman, a 14-year-old from Orchard who in August 2015 received a citation for violating the steel wheel ordinance.
