According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, 29-year-old Amanda M. Braley of Kennedy was traveling southbound on Falconer Frewsburg Road near Stone Road in Poland around 11 a.m. Braley failed to negotiate a curve in the road allegedly because she was using her cellphone and distracted by her three children.
