    Brock Tucker, 19, was alone in his cell at the Central Utah Correctional Facility about 6:17 p.m. when officers distributing medication found him hanging and unresponsive, according to a press statement by the state Department of Corrections. Department spokeswoman Brooke Adams would not disclose how Tucker hanged himself or what he used, saying the release of that information could pose security risks.
