    MEDIA >> A man was at the Delaware County Courthouse last year to face charges in an assault case from Chester when he posed as an attorney and took off with $1,300 from a woman seeking counsel for her boyfriend, according to new charges filed the Delaware County District Attorney's Office. Kyle A. Arnold, 42, of the 6000 block of Old York Road in Philadelphia, now behind bars at the county prison charged with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan announced Friday.
