    On May 27, Germantown-based International Ballet Exchange will present a free, full-length ballet based on Georges Bizet's opera Carmen to more than 2,000 Philadelphia school district students grades 3 and up. The ballet, with two youth casts from Wissahickon Dance Academy and guest artists Yosbel Delgado-Hernandez, former soloist with the Pennsylvania Ballet, and Jameel Hendricks, currently dancing with Eleone Dance Theater, will be performed at George Washington High School, 10175 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, at 10:00 am and noon.
