    Despite a guilty plea to nearly 200 counts of animal cruelty, a Kentucky woman will not spend any time behind bars, reported Thursday's WPSD News 6. In lieu of jail, 54-year-old Deborah Luken, who pleaded guilty to 196 counts of animal cruelty on Thursday, will pay restitution and spend two years on probation. Luken was charged in April after authorities discovered nearly 200 animals inside of her home in Reidland in March - the animals confiscated from the residence included dogs , ducks, rats, exotic birds, rabbits, and chinchillas.
