Law Enforcement Memorial: Market Street between East 5th Street and East 8th Street, and East 6th Street and East 7th Street between Broad Street and Cherry Street will be closed from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 17 for the Law Enforcement Memorial.
