Goldberg of the Justice Department's Tax Division and Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. for the Western District of New York. According to documents and information presented to the court, from January 2010 through April 2015, David Menzies, 51, of Floral Park, filed fraudulent tax returns for hundreds of clients that claimed fake business income and expenses and false dependents to seek refunds to which his clients were not entitled.
