The court order resolving the FTC's charges will result in Sale Slash LLC and five other defendants turning over assets that, combined with those already secured by a court-appointed receiver, total approximately $10 million, the bulk of which will be returned to consumers who bought the bogus supplements.

The county commission takes the first of two votes Tuesday, with a hearing and final vote set for April 19. At Monday's executive committee meeting, several members were concerned about a tweak made Jan. 29 by County Administrator Verdenia Baker, a the request of commissioner - and criminal justice commission member - Priscilla Taylor. It would have one of those picked by county commissioners be a member of the Palm Beach County Clergy Alliance.
