Thanks a lot, you realise that your ISP cant really control your speed right? its dictated by many things, most if not all out of your ISP's control those being, condition of the copper, condition of the wiring in your premises, poor connections to phone jacks, cross talk with other cables on its way from the cabinet to your premises, distance from the exchange/cabinet, and probably a few more i forgot.
