The San Francisco 49ers have found their replacement for Jim Harbaugh , promoting defensive line coach Jim Tomsula as the team's 19th head coach according to multiple reports Wednesday. Tomsula, who has been with the organization since 2007, served as interim head coach in the final game of the of the 2010 season after the 49ers dismissed then-head coach Mike Singletary. Comment?
