Matt Bevin should ask the entire Board to resign. Instead, Bevin has announced he is reorganizing it; removing every member that a Governor appoints, calling for the Council on Post-Secondary Education to draw up a list of 30 qualified replacements within two weeks, from which he will choose 10. "They are all good people," Bevin told a news conference in front of his Capitol office Friday.
