The Seminoles' game against DePaul marks the sixth time they will play the Blue Demons and the seventh time they will face DePaul head coach Dave Leitao who is the former coach at the University of Virginia.

    ST THOMAS, Virgin Islands Junior guard Brian Bernardi scored 24 points on six of eight shooting from the 3-point line and Hofstra held on to defeat Florida State, 82-77, in the first round of the Paradise Jam at the Sports and Fitness Center at the University of the Virgin Islands. Bernardi paced the Pride to a 41-35 half time lead with 19 first half points 15 of those came on five 3-pointers.
