Monterey County, Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula and Mazda officials confirmed on Wednesday that a long-running, multi-million dollar naming rights deal will not be renewed. The $1.5 million per year deal, due to expire March 31, was extended for a year in April to allow negotiations on a long-term agreement after the county took over the raceway's operations from SCRAMP.
