    Forty-five years after the unsuccessful Apollo 13 mission to the moon, former astronaut Fred Haise had a message for more than 1,000 students and professors at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University: "Failure is not an option." "It was a term invented by Hollywood script writers," Haise said during a talk at the university Wednesday night, referring to the line of dialogue spoken during the 1995 Academy Award-winning film that dramatized the mission.
