    The Parliament of Mongolia considered the final reading of bill on taking certain areas under state special protection on February 4. With a 71-percent approval, the Noyon Mountain and its surroundings have been taken under the protection. Thus, 11 thousand hectares of the area have fallen under the category of natural reserves and 405 hectares under the category of historic landscape.
