The 331st is participating in Joint Logistics Over the Shore in order to practice emergency response procedures in the event of a natural disaster. Soldiers assigned to 331st Modular Causeway Company, 11th Transportation Battalion, 7th Sustainment Brigade, from Fort Eustis, Va., reassemble a floating modular causeway system during Joint Logistics Over the Shore at the Port of Tacoma, Wash., June 6. Sections of the modular causeway can be combined on a bare beach in order to supply emergency resources to areas affected by natural disaster.
