    The human remains found earlier this month on the Arnold Air Force Base in Coffee County, Tennessee have been identified as a man who has been missing since July 2011. Leo Paul Massicotte's remains were discovered by squirrel hunters on Nov. 10 at the base situated off Highway 55 between Manchester and Tullahoma, about 90 miles southeast of Nashville.
