    For the second straight week, University of Louisville freshman quarterback Lamar Jackson was tabbed the ACC rookie of the week, the league announced Monday. Making his second-straight start at quarterback, Jackson led the Cardinals to a 20-13 ACC road win over North Carolina State on Saturday in Raleigh, N.C. The native of Pompano Beach, Fla., recorded his third 100-yard rushing game of the season, totaling 121 yards and one touchdown, while throwing for 103 yards and one score.

    University of Louisville freshman quarterback Lamar Jackson was named ACC rookie of the week Monday following his breakout performance in Louisville's 45-3 victory over Samford. Jackson broke the school record for rushing yards in a game by a quarterback with 184 yards and also scored twice.
