Blessitt, 34, of Oak Grove Road in Clarkson, was indicted on charges of marijuana cultivation, five or more plants, first offence, enhanced by possession of a firearm; Possession of a controlled substance in the fist degree, enhanced by possession of a firearm; and possession of drug paraphernalia enhanced by possession of a firearm. Blessitt was purportedly found to have been cultivating more than five marijuana plants on or about August 14 of this year.
