    Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin filed a motion on Thursday to overturn a Franklin County court's temporary ruling that kept the newly appointed University of Louisville board from acting as the properly established board. Court documents show that Bevin claims Attorney General Andy Beshear failed to satisfy the Maupin standard for granting the temporary injunction and therefore the court abused its discretion in granting it.
