Mulvaney is charged with committing the burglaries at Meidinger Tower, located on the corner of W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. and Fourth Street, on July 2, July 11 and July 13. During each of the burglaries copper material was taken from the building and later sold at a recycling facility.
