    Driver Danica Patrick isn't thrilled about NASCAR's upholding of its $35,000 fine against fellow driver Tony Stewart after Stewart complained about the racing series' lack of a lug nut safety policy. NASCAR officials announced Monday they were adding mandatory fines and other penalties for teams caught running without five lug nuts on each wheel, but the race series also upheld the fine against Stewart for complaining NASCAR wasn't enforcing rules on the issue Patrick tells USA Today she has no idea what she can now say other than "nothing" that won't get her fined.
