The other cities that made it to the cleanest city list are Navi Mumbai, Vadodara and Chandigarh; whiA le among the dirtiest are Gonda and Hardoi in UP, Bhusawal in Maharashtra, Katihar in Bihar and Muktsar in Punjab, according to the study 'Swachchh SurvA ekshan 2017' conducted across 434 cities and towns.

A division bench of Chief Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice V M Pancholi sought the government's stand issuing it a notice on the plea by the private and the minority schools challenging their inclusion in the Gujarat Self Financed Schools Act.
