    West Texas High was on the third option Thursday evening as far as playing fields as the first game of a Class 2A region semifinal series against Hawley moved from its originally scheduled venue at Lubbock Cooper to Brownfield and finally to Hobbs, N.M. And while the Comanches started well and finished well, what happened in between was as rough a trip as the bus rides. WT High scored first, but Hawley came back with six unanswered runs and held off a late rally to beat the Comanches 6-3 and take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three series that started at Hobbs.
