    According to a township news release, the Ferguson Township Police Department received a call at about 1:00 a.m. on May 29 that township resident Curtis Kerchner was suffering from cardiac arrest. Upon arrival, officers found Kerchner unresponsive on the kitchen floor and performed CPR before transporting him to the Mount Nittany Medical Center for further treatment.
