    The Wyoming Wolves Elite High School Basketball Travel Team began its' summer season this past weekend by capturing the 2015 Summer Slam Title in Denver in the 11th/12th grade division. The Wolves won all their pool games on Saturday and then beat an older, experienced Gateway High School team 58-52 in the championship game.

    The Riverton Wolverines were outscored 12 to 7 in the final eight minutes Saturday afternoon at Casper College and lost to Kelly Walsh 73-68 in the Class 4A Third Place game. The score was tied at 61 at the end of three, but the Trojans were nearly flawless from the free throw line, sinking eight charity tosses to hold off the Wolverines in the quarter.
