The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office says Broaden drove Clark and Martez Johnson, 19. to a home on the 18100 block of Heyden in Detroit about 10 p.m. on June 28. Clark and Broaden told Johnson they wanted some marijuana, ,but really had plans to rob the young man, according to prosecutors .

    On Tuesday, July 14, deputies from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office and agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Oakland County Resident Agency executed a federal arrest warrant on Timothy James Holbert on charges of possessing more than 8,000 images of child pornography, according to a news release from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. Holbert, 31 of Springfield Township, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Detroit on one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography, according to the release.
