    I could not help but chuckle when I saw the " Ceci n'est pas un happy hour " written in cursive at the top of the chalkboard of wines and beers available on draft at the recently opened Bistro Menil. A play on the Magritte painting " Ceci n'est pas un pipe " - which is a painting of a pipe- that was part of the big Magritte exhibit earlier this year at the Menil - and also featured on billboards and advertisements for the show.
