    A woman was shot in the neck Sunday night after an argument in the parking lot of a Buckner Terrace Wal-Mart, Dallas police said. About 5:30 p.m., the victim went to the Wal-Mart in the 7400 block of Samuell Boulevard, near South Buckner Boulevard, to meet up with another woman to transfer custody of a child.
