    Canberra three-time world champion Michael Rogers has called on the cycling's governing body to make therapeutic use exemptions black and white after his former team was accused of crossing ethical lines. A United Kingdom parliamentary report said Team Sky used triamcinolone - a corticosteroid - to improve Sir Bradley Wiggins' "power to weight ratio" instead of using it as medication in the lead-up to his 2012 Tour de France triumph.
