    A heater being used to prevent a bucket of water from freezing has been cited as the cause of a Feb. 25 fire that resulted in the deaths of six horses at Chanteclaire Farm near Midway, Ky. Woodford County Fire Department Chief John Varner told the Lexington Herald-Leade r that the blaze that destroyed two barns was caused by an electric tool put into the plastic bucket of water, but that it was unclear whether the heating device malfunctioned.
