According to Winston County Sheriff Tommy Moore, Kilgore was reported missing in November, and the sheriff's department had been working his disappearance as a missing person's case. Kilgore, who resided in Cordova, used to live in Winston County, Moore said, and was dropped off on Nov. 20, at the Natural Bridge Hotel, where he was last seen.
