    A 24-year-old Cadillac man has pleaded guilty to charges brought against him in 28th Circuit Court in Wexford County for his connection with methamphetamine production. Charles Alexander Wooliver pleaded guilty to maintaining a drug for his alleged connection with the incident in Cadillac between Dec. 25, 2014, and Feb. 16, 2015.
