Starting April 1, owners of electric vehicles in New York City and Westchester County will earn 10 cents in e-gift rewards for each kilowatt hour of charging during the off-peak hours of midnight to 8 a.m. And from June to September, an EV owner may earn an additional $20 a month for not charging between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. weekdays.

    That's according to a new report from Attom Data Solutions, which tracks property taxes in metropolitan statistical areas throughout the U.S. The report, which surveyed 1,414 counties with at least 10,000 single-family homes, found that Nassau's annual average property taxes of $11,415 was outpaced by four other counties. Westchester County once again took the top spot in 2017 with average property taxes of $17,179.
