    A Washington County Sheriff's deputy is back to work after spending three months on paid administrative leave following a fatal accident in which his vehicle struck a pedestrian on Nov. 3. Deputy Brad Holbert returned to duty on Feb. 2, according to Chief Deputy Mark Warden, who said an internal investigation of the incident had just been completed this week by the Buckeye Sheriff's Association. "They found no policy violations related to this incident in a preliminary emailed report filed this week," Warden said, adding that a hard copy of that report would also be filed.
