Trees were downed throughout the county, with the hardest hit areas appearing to be North Warren and Conewango Ave. in Glade Township, according to Warren County Public Safety Director Todd Lake.

State police at Warren said Farrell was driving an ATV south on Buckley Road in Triumph Township at about 20 mph when the vehicle made an abrupt left turn, sliding for about 25 feet.
